Step 2: Choose a potty spot

After you have established a routine, finding the best potty spot would be the next move. Consistently bring them to the chosen spot when having bathroom breaks.

This helps them remember to go to the spot when it is already time for a bathroom break.

Step 3: Use Positive Reinforcement

Always praise the dog when they go to the chosen spot to pee when it is peeing time.

Either give them treats or verbal praise.

These things will encourage your dog to do the right thing by peeing on your chosen spot.

Step 4: Supervise and Redirect
